API, Artificial Portugal Intelligence, is an AI community born in Porto. We run practical AI events where engineers, researchers, founders and curious minds learn from each other and from the people already building with AI.
Anyone interested in AI, at any level. You don't need a technical background, a job in tech, or any prior AI experience, and plenty of our members came to their first event knowing nothing and stayed.
In person, mostly in Porto and Lisbon. Each event page has the venue, date and time, and everything is announced on our Luma page before it fills up.
Our community events are free to attend, because that's the whole point of AI knowledge for everyone. Longer training formats, like our professional bootcamps, are paid and always clearly marked as such.
In english. The community spans people from all over the world, and english is the common language. But don't worry: nobody is left out for not speaking english, and all members help each other out.
